I've spent the last 3 years of my life preparing for this venture through self-education and serving as apprentice to several high level entrepreneurs.
And, it is 100% mine.
I realize now that if I had chosen to start a business like I'm starting now...before I had learned everything I have to this point...I certainly would have failed miserably, and, possibly given up on my entrepreneurial dreams.
Everything I've done and been involved in; the ups and downs, the emotional strain and drain, has served it's purpose and prepared me well for what I'm doing now.
And, I'm having a blast!
Throughout the hardships, I have also proved to myself that I have the single most important quality necessary to succeed in entrepreneurship, which is, the ability to persevere over long periods of disappointment and numerous emotional and financial roller coaster rides by continuing to take action.
It has not been easy, but has given me the mental toughness I'll need in the years to come as my entrepreneurial career develops.

"...the ability to persevere over long periods of disappointment and numerous emotional and financial roller coaster rides by continuing to take action."
Amen! When you're passionate about something, it doesn't matter what happens. It's almost like a love affair, ya know? I've been on my own for awhile now and everyday is a thrill!
