The most successful are emphasizing guaranteed results and 30 or 20 minute sessions (like Curves for women).
So, I decided to go a different way with my USP...
I have found that roughly 75% of all personal trainers are largely unskilled, 90% deliver mediocre or poor service, and just a few percent actually deliver remarkable results to their clients.
Therefore, my USP: Skilled Professionals, Stand Out Service, Remarkable Results.
I feel that this USP positions my company's services as the superior choice and will effectively tell the market how we are different from our competitors.
What do you think?
This post relates very well to my previous post about Seth Godin's take on how consumers are now constantly in search of "best available," rather than good enough.

Adam,
Make sure you get your Elevator Speech to reflect the USP. Sounds good so far.
