I now have a feel for what to focus my time on, what not to focus my time on, and, what tasks I can delegate to my two employees.
I've determined that right now the two highest leverage activities I can focus on are high impact marketing (generating cash flow) and training my employees (so that they can handle most of the operational and administrative tasks confidently).
I hit my cash flow goals last month, however August has gotten off to a slow start, and, I'm finding myself in a crunch to make payroll...not the best feeling in the world.
My solution? Beg for referrals, make stronger offers, and develop better promotions.

Adam, hang tough. Its not easy being an entrepreneur, but its the best life out there. Take it all one step at a time.
Here's some advice given to me by another entrepreneur I knew: When things are tough, make up your mind that you are going to get through it...and when its at its worst, you take one hand and you dig into the wall and then take the other hand and dig into the wall and you hang on and you get through it.
So hang in there, Adam.
